the office of student engagement honors and respects diversity, and strives to promote an inclusive campus community experience. multicultural programs and activities that encourage recruitment, retention and graduation of our multicultural, first generation and underrespresented students are a part of our campus culture. we also provide programs that help our majority students better understand cultural differences that can exist in our diverse campus environment.

olivet college students can join a number of multicultural organizations before they graduate, including the black student union, latino club, gender sexuality alliance, free yo’ mind and the olivet chapter of the naacp.
